In Koreatown, New 26-Story Residential Building Set To Rise
Pi Capital Partners plans to build a 26-story residential building in Koreatown.

KOREATOWN, NY — Developers are eyeing a five-story office building on Fifth Avenue to be replaced with a 26-story residential building, public records show.
Pi Capital Partners is planning to build the 26-story building at 335 Fifth Ave. between 33rd and 34th streets, according to permits filed with the Department of Buildings. The Real Deal first reported on the proposed new building.
The residential building is expected to have 82 units and more than 11,000-square-feet of commercial space, the permits show. Raymond Chan Architects, of Queens, will design the building.

The developer has owned the building under the limited liability company JPK Associates since 1997, property records show.
Demolition permits for the existing five-story office building have not been filed.
