Learn About Murray Hill's History In Neighborhood Walking Tour
The Murray Hill Neighborhood Association is leading a walking tour this weekend.
MURRAY HILL, NY — A historic neighborhood walking tour is slated in Murray Hill this weekend.
A neighborhood association in the Midtown East neighborhood will guide neighbors through its historic landmarks — such as the Union League Club, The Morgan Library, the Polish Consulate and stories about a slew of architects who designed the historic buildings.
"Hear about the famous people who once called this neighborhood home, including Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, J.P. Morgan and Andy Warhol," according to an event listing from the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association, which is organizing the tour.
