GRAMERCY, NY — Actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson's one bedroom home in Gramercy is for sale.

The spacious co-op is for sale at $1.495 million. Ferguson, who currently stars as Mitchell Pritchett on the ABC sitcom "Modern Family," bought the apartment with his husband Justin Mikita in 2015 for $1.2 million, Curbed reported at the time.

"Modern Family" superfans with the cash to buy the co-op can even purchase it completely furnished, according to the listing, meaning it's likely that Ferguson's old couch might be part of the deal.
