Apply for Murray Hill Modern Affordable Housing Units

If you make 60 percent of Murray Hill's median income and are looking to upgrade your living situation, you can apply beginning Friday for a new apartment at 225 E. 39th Street. It will be an impressive new glass building with tons of luxurious modern amenities. The building will be a 37-floor residence located between 2nd and 3rd avenues complete with an elevator, garden, gym, pool, hot tub and sauna, yoga studio, game room, outdoor terrace, courtyard garden, roof deck, and on-site parking, according to 6sqft.

It'll run you $833 a month for a studio, $1,082 for a two-bedroom, and $1,247 for a three-bedroom, and 6sqft has the income requirements listed for each. There are 75 units available, and you can apply through September 27 for one. Residents of Community Board 6 will be given priority for half the units.
