Pam Ann Celebrates 20 Fabulous Years
At New York’s Gramercy Theatre

Comedy

With One-Night-Only Performance of New Comedy Show, Touch Trolley, Run To Galley

Air hostess Pam Ann has owned the skies and violated international airspace for twenty years. On July 8th, for one-night-only, the first-class queen of comedy returns to NYC in her brand new show, Touch Trolley, Run To Galley. She will land her Louboutins at Gramercy Theatre, her first time ever performing the historic concert hall. Doors open at 6pm; show takes off promptly at 7pm. Tickets available online at Ticketmaster.

“I’m thrilled to be back in NYC!” says Pam Ann from her Miami home. “So much has gone down since my last time in the Big Apple. Asians are being dragged off planes, babies are being booted from their seats. Everyone wants to know what their rights are in the air. I’m coming to tell them they have no rights! This is Trump’s America so buckle the hell down, shut the bleep up and get ready for turbulence, bitches.”

Pam Ann – the alter-ego of Australian comedian-writer-producer Caroline Reid – has evolved incredibly since first arriving to the states from Melbourne twenty years ago. She has developed worldwide cult-status with her masterful portrayal of a brash hot mess of a flight stewardess. “As the airports have gotten bigger, so has my ego,” she proudly confirms. “And as they’ve gotten filthier, so has my mouth!”

Pam’s barbed wit has seen her fly many a risky route and negotiate even the most politically incorrect flight path with her blisteringly funny take on the world of airlines and aircrew. Nothing is out of reach of her pristine white gloves, strutting up the aisle with a trolley full of beautifully unpredictable, acerbic airline satire. There’s not much Pam hasn’t seen or done. She’s crewed Elton John’s private jet at his express request. She opened for Cher’s UK tour. She even counts Madonna among her legion of devoted fans.

In 20 years, Pam’s creator, Caroline Reid, has racked up more flight miles than Trump staffers jetting to secret money laundering meetings in the Seychelles. A born entertainer, Reid’s knack for selling out shows includes New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom, San Francisco’s Castro Theatre, Sydney’s State Theatre, Melbourne’s Athenaeum Theatre, and extends to Poland, Germany, UK, Norway, Scandinavia, France, Ireland, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Finland and Dubai.

She has headlined NY’s legendary Carolines on Broadway and in 2010, Pam Ann performed shows at the prestigious London Palladium and The Royal Albert Hall. She also sold out three shows at the 3600 seat Hammersmith Apollo, her largest solo audience to date.

In Australia, Pam Ann starred on her own television talk show, The Pam Ann Show on FOXTEL. In 2009, she hosted the National Live broadcast of Mardi Gras to an audience of 2 million. Among Pam Ann’s greatest hits are an advertising campaign and training videos for British Airways, the inclusion of her Come Fly With Me DVD on Qantas’ in-flight programming, and being the face of Skyteam Sky Tips for London Heathrow Terminal 4. Pam Ann also performed on their first ever JetBlue – JetPride flight, a first on a US carrier.

Climb aboard and celebrate twenty years of Pam Ann at Touch Trolley, Run To Galley. First class seating includes a seat in the first three rows and a meet and greet with Pam Ann. General admission economy seating is also available.

Pam Ann’s concert DVDs, Come Fly With Me and Pam Ann Nonstop: Live from New York City, are available on Amazon.com.

Pam Ann’s Touch Trolley, Run To Galley 20th Anniversary show takes place Saturday, July 8th @ 7pm at Gramercy Theatre, 127 East 23rd St, NYC. Tickets are available online at Ticketmaster. For more information, visit Pamann.com
