The 501-square-foot studio is located at Kips Bay Towers, located at 333 E. 30th St. between First and Second avenues.

The studio is filled with light from south-facing windows of city views from the 20th floor, according to the listing. It features four closets with access to building services including a 24-hour doorman and concierge services, a private park, basketball courts, a playground, and a fitness center.

The towers themselves were designed by Pei in 1961 — a world renowned architect known for his striking buildings worldwide, including various in the city. Pei died earlier this month at 102-years-old.
