Two Towers, 133 Luxury Condo Units Coming to Gramercy Park Neighborhood

GRAMERCY, NY — A two-tower residential building with 133 luxury condo units will soon be built just steps away from Gramercy Park, according to an announcement by Toll Brothers and Gemdale Properties and Investments.

The building, which will be at 121 East 22nd St., will have two connecting towers and an entrance at East 22nd St., according to a press release. The site of the property is only a block away from Gramercy Park.

The units will range from studios to five-bedroom apartments, according to the building's website, and prices will range from $1.2 million to $10.5 million. Those who may have interest in the condos can fill out a form on the website and specify their preferred residence size.

Studios start at $1.2 million; one-bedroom apartments will be $1.5 million to $3 million; two-bedrooms will go from $2.5 million to $4.8 million; three-bedrooms will be $5.2 million to $9.6 million; and four or more bedrooms will be a whopping $7.3 million to $10.5 million.

Toll Brothers and Gemdale have landed a $237 million loan for construction from five different banks, according to the release.

Toll Brothers and Gemdale Properties did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the building.
