WATCH: Sean Spicer Called 'Piece Of Garbage' At Book Event
"It's a garbage book and you're a garbage person," the heckler yelled at Spicer as he was escorted from the building.

GRAMERCY, NY — A heckler interrupted former White House press secretary Sean Spicer's Union Square book signing by calling him a "piece of garbage," video shows.
In a video sent to Think Progress reporter Aaron Rupar, an unidentified man is heard yelling at Spicer during an interview at the Barnes & Noble store in Gramercy. Spicer is currently touring the country to promote his new book about his time in the Trump administration, "The Briefing: Politics, the Press and the President."

“Hey Sean, you’re a real piece of garbage and I hope you look around and you see all these empty seats,” the man yells during the Wednesday evening interview at the book store. “And you realize even in New York City, people will not come and pay money to hear you speak.”

His comments immediately sparked a chorus of boos as security quickly escorted the man out of the building.
“It’s a garbage book and you’re a garbage person,” the heckler shouted at the end of the video. “You lied as press secretary. Now you’re lying in your book.”
