Where Are The People Hiding In Jason Chaos's Apartment?
Suspicion In Jason Chaos's Apartment in the L.E.S.

Around 11:35 p.m. on Saturday, April 25th, New York City - NY Gothic Rapper / Clubs Party Organizer Jason Chaos was doing a live DJ set on "Zoom" from his bedroom, until he heard a deafeningly loud knock on his apartment door. Unsure of who it could possibly be, and slightly paranoid, he ran to the door and heard the police telling him to open up.
The cops told him he was suspected of throwing a party in his apartment –– an obvious danger in these quarantine times — and that many of Chaos’ neighbors had filed a noise complaint after hearing the music blasting from his apartment.
After the police demanded to search his apartment, Chaos assured them that wouldn’t be an issue, because in fact he wasn’t having a party, but just hanging out with his friend Michael Alig, and playing music through his bedroom speakers.

Alig, a major player in the NYC party scene and former Club Kid / King Of The Club Kids, has made plenty of his own news headlines, so the situation wasn’t ideal.
When the police asked Chaos to show them where all the people in his apartment were hiding, things took an interesting, slightly humorous turn: Chaos brought the police into his bedroom and pointed to his computer screen and said in a lighthearted tone, “All the people are in here. It’s a virtual party.”

Thankfully for Chaos, the cops actually found it funny too, and let him off with no trouble. We know Chaos wasn’t lying, because that Saturday night was just one of many that he’s been hosting since quarantine — every Saturday, he hosts a live party over "Zoom" called "Traxs Party" that features guest DJs like Screamin’ Rachael and other big names in the club scene.
