DIX HILLS, NY — Urban Air Adventure Park is another step closer to opening a Dix Hills location. The indoor trampoline amusement center's special-use permit was accepted Thursday night by the Town of Huntington Zoning Board of Appeals, according to town spokeswoman Lauren Lembo.

Next, the Town of Huntington Planning Board will vote on the business's site plan, but a date has not been specified. The board said it would likely move "quickly" to reach a decision.

"Most of the changes will be in the interior of the building," the town's planning department said. "Re-use of existing buildings or their footprints is always faster since Planning is looking at the site rather than the buildings."
