Half Hollow Hills Among 100 Best School Districts in NY

Have you ever wondered how the Half Hollow Hills Central School District ranks in comparison to others in New York?

Niche.com recently released its 2016 list of the best school districts throughout the nation and in the state of New York, and many districts you’ll recognize received high ranks.

Half Hollow Hills Central School District was named No. 33 in the state.

Niche ranked thousands of districts based on dozens of statistics and 27 million opinions from 300,000 students and parents. Read how this ranking was calculated here.

Four Long Island school districts made the national list of the top 100 districts in the country, including Jericho in the No. 3 spot. Great Neck, Syosset and Port Washington come in at No. 28, No. 82 and No. 100, respectively on the 2016 national Niche list. In Niche’s 2015 school district rankings, nine Long Island schools made the national list.
