HHH Student Named Otto Kahn Scholarship Winner
Winners will be awarded a minimum of $2,500 at the Gatsby-themed annual Garden Party at Oheka Castle in June.
Eight talented high school seniors from the Town of Huntington were announced as winners of this year's Otto Kahn Awards.
The following students will perform or display their art at the Friends of OHEKA's annual Garden Party at Oheka Castle on Wednesday, June 14:
- Sarah Connor— Northport High School
- Charlie Ehrman— Huntington High School
- Alyssa Fox— Huntington High School
- Kaleigh Liebler— John Glenn High School
- Theodora Siegel— Cold Spring Harbor High School
- Jordan Simpson— Half Hollow Hills East High School
- Alexandra Smith— Huntington High School
- Jeanette Wells— Northport High School
These winners will be awarded a minimum of $2,500 at the Garden Party, which will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here and price includes buffet dinner, hors d'Oeuvres, wine, dessert and entertainment. Baskets, best Gatsby-style costume awards and an Oheka Grand Prize will be announced.

The scholarship was open to students attending college in the fall who are majoring in the performing arts, visual arts or music.
To date, the nonprofit organization Friends of OHEKA has raised over $145,000 for students since 2003.
