Local Athletic League Giving Back to the Community

The Fury Basketball league gives back

Fury Basketball league has been Half Hollow Hills' premier athletic league for close to fifteen years. Catering to all boys, girls and adults offering organized leagues in basketball and flag football run by community volunteers. The league is dedicated to giving back to the Long Island community and partakes in several projects throughout the year.

In 2016, the league had partnered up with King's Cupboard Food Pantry and donated turkeys and trimmings to feed over twenty families in need. League participants shopped, packed and delivered car loads of groceries prior to Thanksgiving.

The league, has most recently, made a donation to the Half Hollow Hills School District in order to seed and maintain the fields at the local schools. This gesture will allow the district to prepare the fields for the spring athletic season
