Multiple Long Island Expressway Lanes Closed
BREAKING: Three lanes were closed on the LIE due to emergency construction.
DIX HILLS, NY — Three of four lanes on the Long Island Expressway were closed because of emergency construction Tuesday afternoon, according to 511 NY.
The closures were eastbound between exits 51 and 52 in the Dix Hills area. The lanes between Exit 51, Deer Park Road, and Exit 52, Commack Road, closed at 2:09 p.m.
