Operation Santa: Old Saint Nick To Tour Around Melville

Old Saint Nick has left the North Pole is set to greet the Melville community on a fire truck all day on Saturday, Dec. 22.

According to the Melville Volunteer Fire Department, Santa will make the scheduled visits:

• 9:10 to 9:30 a.m.— 1800 Walt Whitman Road
• 9:45 to 10:05 a.m.— Country Pointe playground
• 10:10 to 10:30 a.m.— Strathmore Place Club House
• 10:45 to 11:05 a.m.— MFD Station 3, located on Old Country Road and New York Avenue
• 11:10 to 11:30 a.m.— The Villages Club House
• 11:40 a.m. to noon— Sandgate Place/ Shaftsbury Lane
• 12:30 to 12:50 p.m.— Sweet Hollow Park
• 1 to 1:20 p.m.— Sweet Hollow Church
• 1:30 to 2 p.m.— Melville Mall
• 2:10 to 2:30 p.m.– Stiles Drive/Overhill Road
• 2:40 to 3 p.m.— Newtown Lane/Glendale Drive
• 3:10 to 3:30 p.m. Danton Street/Crandon Street
• 3:40 to 4 p.m.— Schoenfield Lane/Raines Street
• 4:10 to 4:30 p.m.— Elderwood Lane/Maywood Court
• 4:40 to 5 p.m.— Twelvepence Court
