On Monday, April 27, 2020, join the Alzheimer's Association's Long Island Chapter for two free educational webinars taught by our trained facilitator(s): "10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's" and "Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body."

At 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., we will offer "10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's." Learn how to recognize common signs of the disease: how to approach someone about memory concerns, the importance of early detection and benefits of a diagnosis, possible tests and assessments for the diagnostic process and Alzheimer's Association resources. Registration required. Call 800.272.3900 or click here to register.

Then at 2 to 3 p.m., tune into "Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body." Learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
