Young Players Shows Off Skills in Huntington Station Basketball Tournament

The community came together to show that "ball" really "is" a part of "life."

Over 150 athletes, ages 9 to 18, showed off their skills on the basketball court at Manor Field Park in Huntington Station this past weekend.

The basketball tournament, organized by Legislator William R. Spencer and the local community group, Huntington Alliance for Peace, intended to support the positive development of our youth.

“It was an opportunity for our young people to showcase their talents while the community banded together,” Spencer said. “It was a day for Huntington Station to shine.”
