Corporate Angel Network Is Based At Westchester Airport

The non-profit helps to coordinate flights for cancer patients seeking treatment using corporate aircraft.

HARRISON, NY — The Corporate Angel Network, a non-profit organization that has been based at Westchester County Airport for the past 35 years, helps to coordinate flights for cancer patients seeking treatment using corporate aircraft.

The Corporate Angel Network pairs empty seats on private and corporate planes with cancer patients who need to be transported to treatment at no cost. Their model not only improves patients’ chances of survival, but also reduces their emotional stress, physical discomfort and financial burden.

In December, the folks who put together the “Did You Know” video segment of the My Westchester newsletter went to Westchester County Airport to visit with the Corporate Angel Network.
