Dean Debra Simons said, “We are delighted to welcome our first accepted students into the
Manhattanville College Accelerated Second Degree program. They have embarked upon a
wonderful transformative journey by taking the first steps in pursuit of their goal to become a
registered professional nurse.”

“Our inaugural accepted students embody everything that our program aspires for our future
students to be,” said Sondey. “This group has proven to be flexible, resilient, caring, and thorough as applicants and I have no doubt that they will continue to shine as representatives of our program when they begin their first courses this summer.”
