Nearly 200 Quarantine After Coronavirus Exposure At Harrison HS
The district was informed this week about a student who received a COVID test Oct. 14, according to the Daily Voice.
HARRISON, NY — Almost 200 people entered temporary quarantine after a Harrison High School student tested positive for coronavirus, the Daily Voice reported.
The student became symptomatic Oct. 11 and received a COVID test Oct. 14. The results were shared with the district this week. District and county health officials conducted contact tracing. The school went to remote learning until Oct. 26 and 163 students and 30 staffers will remain under quarantine through at least Friday, the Daily Voice reported.
