Port Chester Man Accused Of DWI In Harrison

HARRISON, NY — New York state police arrested a Port Chester resident in Harrison March 10. Police said they stopped a vehicle on I-287 at 2:54 a.m. for traffic violations.

They concluded that the driver, Juan E. Cervantes, 26, was intoxicated.

Cervantes was taken into custody, transported and processed at the state police barracks in Tarrytown, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .18 percent. He was charged with:

Cervantes was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on March 26.
