22 Affordable Apartments Available In Downtown Brooklyn

There are 22 affordably priced apartments in a new building in downtown Brooklyn.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — Dozens of affordably priced apartments in BRIQ, a newly constructed building on Duffield Street, have hit the housing market.

There are 22 units available in a new 23-story building at 237 Duffield St. that features a rooftop deck, laundry facility and virtual doorman.

The apartments, available through the NYC Housing Connect lottery, will be available until Nov. 11 to households that meet specific income requirements.

One studio apartment that costs $867 per month is available to a person who makes between $31,612 and $40,080 a year.

Eighteen one-bedroom apartments that cost $931per month are available to households earning between $33,875 and $45,840 a year.

Three two-bedroom apartments that cost $1,123 per month are available to households earning between $40,972 and $57,240 a year.

The building is within walking distance of the Jay Street-MetroTech and Atlantic Terminal subway stations.
