$600 Studios Up For Grabs In Downtown Brooklyn

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A slew of affordable apartments that will cost about $600 per month are up for grabs in a luxurious Brooklyn apartment complex.
Studio apartments at the newly constructed apartment building at 33 Bond St. will cost just $613 a month and one-bedrooms will cost $659 a month to NYC Housing Connect applicants who meet certain income requirements.
The 26 studio apartments are available to applicants who make between $22,903 and $26,720 a year and the 26 one-bedroom apartments are available to applicants who make between $24,549 and $30,560 a year.

There are also 20 two-bedroom apartments, priced at $801 per month, available to households earning between $29,452 and $38,160 per year.
Another block of apartments has been set aside for applicants who earn around 120 percent of the New York’s Area Median Income, $85,900 per year.

Thirteen studios priced at $1,949 per month are available to applicants who earn between $68,709 and $80,160 a year.

Thirteen one-bedrooms priced at $2,091 per month are available to households who earn between $73,646 and $91,680 a year.
And 10 two-bedroom apartments priced at $2,519 per month are available to households who earn between $88,355 and $114,480 a year.
