74 New Affordable Apartments Available In Downtown Brooklyn
The deadline to apply for an apartment at 210 Livingston St. is Oct. 31.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — There are 74 affordable apartments available in a new building in downtown Brooklyn.
A new apartment complex at 210 Livingston St. near Hoyt Street is about to be completed and the City has begun accepting applications for studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments from households who make a certain income.
There are 22 studio apartments go for $947 a month available to people who earn between $34,355 and $40,080 a year.

Thirty-four one-bedroom apartments cost $1,017 per month and are available to households making between $36,823 and $45,840.
And 18 two-bedrooms, priced at $1,230, will be available to households earning between $44,160 and $57,240 a year.

Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, laundry room, bike storage, fitness center, resident lounge with a game room, outdoor terraces and on-site parking, according to the NYC Housing Connect Notice. And more information about the building is available on the developer's website.
One half of the apartments will be doled out to people who live in Community Board 2, which includes Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.
