Manhattan-bound lanes were shut down as emergency responders rushed to the crash.

NEW YORK CITY — A trailer overturned on a Brooklyn Bridge ramp Thursday morning and brought the traffic to a screeching halt, officials said.
The trailer truck overturned on Manhattan-bound lane about 7:30 a.m. and lanes were closed so that emergency responders could assess the damage, according to the Office of Emergency Management and Citizen video.
There do not appear to have been any injuries and lanes had been reopened by about 8 a.m., said police.
