The residential tower will have 459-units inside and its rooftop will have a heated pool nearly 100-feet higher than the famed one at Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore, the developers said.

The pool will be open from the spring until the fall and the rooftop will also have a sundeck, outdoor dining area, changing rooms, space for movie screenings and a "stargazing" observatory. The luxury building also features exercise studios, laundry rooms, a fire pit terrace, a hot tub, a sauna and more.
