These Were Brooklyn's Priciest Condo Filings Of 2018: Report

A Downtown Brooklyn project on Hoyt Street was $300 million more than the next development on The Real Deal's list of 10.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN, BROOKLYN — A $837.9 million development in Downtown Brooklyn soared to the top of a list of Brooklyn's 10 priciest condo filings in 2018, coming in at double the amount of the bottom six projects combined.

The 481-unit project on Hoyt Street was $300 million more than the next project on the list, which was compiled by The Real Deal. It is being built on top of a Macy's parking garage and is expected to be finished in 2020.

And the project was far from the only Northwest Brooklyn development that made the list.
