The monthly First Thursday Gallery Walk in DUMBO on Thursday will have special events, a film premiere and more this week.

DUMBO, NY — Galleries along the waterfront in DUMBO will stay open late and host special events this week as part of a monthly series of art walks in the neighborhood, organizers announced.
The First Thursday Gallery Walk returns to the neighborhood this week with live performances, open studios and nearly 10 galleries along the water for the event, said organizers Art in DUMBO.
The walk will feature London-based artist Zach Blas's debut New York solo exhibition, "Contra-Internet," at Art In General, 145 Plymouth St., along with a premiere of his new film "Jubilee 2033," according to organizers.
