Furman Street Closed Most of Saturday, Sunday for Construction

BROOKLYN, NY - As part of the Squibb Park Bridge remediation project, Brooklyn Bridge Park will be installing scaffolding over Furman Street, necessitating the closure of the street to the north and south of the bridge.

The Department of Transportation will close the street on Saturday, November 19, and Sunday, November 20, from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Local traffic will have access to the 90 Furman Street (Pierhouse) parking garage from the north and the Pier 2 parking lot from the south. There will no through traffic.
