Give A Brooklynite A Prom To Remember

Here's how to donate prom dresses, shoes, jewelry and other accessories to students in need this year now until April.

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Everyone deserves a prom to remember for the rest of their lives. The Junior League of Brooklyn and the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity just began their much-needed prom dress and suit drive for anyone to donate formal and semi-formal dresses or suits, as well as jewelry, ties, cufflinks and handkerchiefs to young students in need. There are special requests for bigger shoe sizes this year. Find details on what and where to donate in Brooklyn below. The donations are tax deductible will be accepted through April 10, 2017.
