New 13-Story Tower Planned To Take Over DUMBO Parking Lot

DUMBO, NY — A developer filed plans to build a new 13-story tower on a parking lot in DUMBO, city records show.
The plans by developers Gold Street Realty Holding call to build the 135-foot tall tower at 169 Tillary St. with 286 apartments inside, New York YIMBY first reported.
The building will also have an enclosed parking lot with spaces for 115 cars and architect J Frankl Associates will work on the design, according to Department of Building records.

The 169 Tillary St. lot, currently used by Budget Truck Rental, was sold to Bruman Realty in December as part of a $59 million deal that included 236 and 240 Gold Street, the Real Deal reported.
The owner of the lot could not be reached for comment.
