Peek Inside Luxury Condos Headed To Brooklyn Bridge Park
Developers released interior renderings of the condos at Quay Tower, which will start at $1.9 million when they go on sale in the spring.
BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, NY — A famed Los Angeles firm will design their first East Coast project with the interiors of the luxury condo building heading to Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 6, developers said.
Developers RAL Companies and Oliver's Realty Group released the first interior renderings of their Quay Towerproject on Tuesday and announced that Marmol Radziner will handle the design.
The 126 condos, which start at $1.9 million, will have white oak cabinets in the kitchen, quartzite countertops and "oversized master bathrooms" with marble, developers said.

The 28-story building will have a mix of two- to five-bedroom units climbing up to $5.5 million when they go on sale in the spring.
Plans for the development at Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 6, which also includes a 15-story tower, were approved in 2016 but were met with fierce resistance from residents, the Brooklyn Paper reported.

The Brooklyn Heights Association filed a lawsuit that year to stop the towers from being built, arguing operators violated an agreement to only allow the minimum amount of private development to fund maintenance of the park.
A judge dismissed the lawsuit in February and ruled park operators could plan for future financial needs with new developments.
