Woman Slashed Man's Hand Outside Brooklyn BBQ Restaurant: Cops
One woman was arrested for slashing a man's hand outside the Livingston Street restaurant on Monday afternoon, police said.
DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN, BROOKLYN — A 29-year-old Brooklyn woman was arrested Monday afternoon after she slashed a man's hand outside a barbecue restaurant, police said.
Sharlene Mitchener, of Brownsville, was charged with assault, menacing and harassment after she stabbed a 38-year-old man outside Dallas BBQ on Livingston Street, police said. Mitchener slashed the man in his left hand just before 4 p.m. and he was brought to Brooklyn Hospital.
The man is in stable condition, police said.

Officers did not have details about what the dispute between Mitchener and the man was about.
Videos from the scene show that a crowd formed around the restaurant as responders helped the victim and took Mitchener into custody.
