SEE: Brooklyn's Priciest Home Comes With 'Carriage House' At $18M

Check out the borough's most expensive spot — and its rooftop patio, 12-foot ceilings and juke box, pool table and foos ball hangout.

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — If anyone had doubts about the news that Brooklyn Heights joined the one-million-dollar neighborhood club, this home will put them to rest.

The neighborhood is now home to the borough's most expensive property on the market, a whopping $18-million townhouse that comes complete with its own "carriage house."

The luxurious five-story house, first spotted by Curbed, is found at 88 Remsen Street between Henry and Hicks streets. It comes complete with 12-foot ceilings, a rooftop patio and a basement filled with party pairings like a pool table, foos ball table and juke box.

But maybe the most interesting part of the house is its own "carriage house" that now serves as a one-bedroom apartment. The converted spot is accessed through a dead-end alley that realtors note isn't "easy to find in the center of BrooklynHeights" and comes with its own full kitchen, glass-encased rain shower and stained glass ceiling under the private garden.

This isn't the first time the house has slashed real estate records, either.

Back in 2008, it became the most expensive home sold at the time when it was bought for $10.8 million, Curbed noted. The current most expensive Brooklyn sale is around $15.5 million.
