DUMBO, BROOKLYN — Developers of what will likely become the neighborhood's most high-end building have released new photos of the luxury lifestyle promised inside, including one of the largest private parks in the city.

Front and York, which will take up an entire block on Jay Street, will come with 150,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. Among those will be a 25,000-square-foot private park, which will be the largest private park in Dumbo and among the biggest in the whole city, developers said.

"DUMBO has never been known for over-the-top amenities, and it has never seen anything of this scale before," a spokesperson for the development said.

The 85 Jay Street buildings will replace what was once a long-vacant parking lot owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses. They will bring 1.1 million square feet of new development to the neighborhood in two towers, including 408 one-to four-bedroom condos and 320 rental spots, according to Curbed.

The luxury amenities package at Front and York will also include a rooftop pool deck with cabanas inspired by the city's most exclusive private clubs complete with a view of the Manhattan skyline, developers said. Also in the works are co-working lounges, chefs kitchens, private dining rooms and a port cochere for the building's private parking.

The large private park will be designed by the same artist who designed Brooklyn Bridge Park, Michael Van Valkenburg Associates.

The development is being designed by Morris Adjmi and co-developed by CIM Group and LIVWRK. Its sales are expected to launch later this year.

The Jay Street space it is being built on was one of several Jehovah's Witnesses properties that the religious group sold off over the last several years. Their last piece of property in the borough, at 30 Front Street, was bought in December.
