Two-Tower Mixed-Used Building Slated For Tillary Street: Report
The new two-tower building would be built on the location of an old storage facility near Tillary and Prince streets.
DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A massive two-tower development is slated for the corner of Tillary and Prince streets, YIMBY reported on Tuesday.
Developers have applied to rezone the site at 202-208 Tillary Street — which sits in the Special Downtown Brooklyn District — to allow for the two towers to be built, according to the report.
There are two plans under consideration — one plan calls for one 23-story and one 21-story tower and the other, taller plan would have two 42-story towers, according to YIMBY.
