3 Break Coin Machine, Steal Cash From New Cassel Laundromat: PD
Nassau police are looking for three suspects who broke into a New Cassel laundromat, broke a coin machine and ran off with cash.
NEW CASSEL, NY — A coin machine was broken and its cash stolen during in an early morning burglary Saturday at a New Cassel laundromat, Nassau County police said.
Police said that at about 1:30 a.m., three “males” entered Nabenn Laundromat on Prospect Avenue through a broken side glass door and broke a coin machine “to remove an undisclosed amount” of money before running away in an unknown direction.
Images pulled from a security camera show the first male wearing a plaid jacket and dark pants and the second, a black jacket and dark pants, police said. The third male was wearing a dark sweatshirt and light pants, police said.

Detectives are requesting that anyone with information about the burglary to contact the Nassau County Crime Stoppers, a confidential police hotline, at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
