HICKSVILLE, NY — An industrial property in Hicksville that once housed a bedding supply company has sold for millions, according to a report. The roughly 26,000-square-foot building on West John Street, near Alpha Plaza, sold for just over $3.8 million, Long Island Business News reported Wednesday.

The buyer was identified as Qu Charles Lee.

Qbedding previously used the building. The company sells bedding, pillows and accessories, including luxury comforters such as "milk protein silk comforters" and "soybean fiber comforters."
