Sean Landeta joined the New York Giants in 1985. During his career with the Giants, he won championship rings in Super Bowl XXI and Super Bowl XXV. While in the NFL, Landeta held many record titles such as leader in NFL punts in 1999, leader in gross punting in 1989 and 1994, and leader in punts inside the 20 in 1990. Landeta retired from the NFL in 2006, but still works with the Giants appearing at many pre-season and regular season functions. He is featured in his alma mater, Towson University’s Hall of Fame, the NCAA Division II College Football Hall of Fame, the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in Philadelphia, and the State of Maryland Sports Hall of Fame.
