Hicksville 3-Car Crash Leaves Driver Hospitalized, Road Closed
The crash happened Wednesday afternoon on Bethpage Road, near Willet Avenue.
HICKSVILLE, NY — A three-car crash in Hicksville closed Bethpage Road for about 40 minutes on Wednesday.
The Hicksville Volunteer Fire Department and Nassau County police were called around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to Bethpage Road and Willet Avenue. Units discovered a three-car crash. No one was trapped.
Crews applied a speedy dry solution to fluid spills in the roadway. One driver was taken to a hospital. Two other drivers refused medical attention at the scene. Bethpage Road was closed in both directions while the cars were removed.
