Hicksville Candy Maker Plans To Expand, Add Numerous Jobs: Report
The company reportedly plans to add jobs in return for $5 million in tax breaks.

HICKSVILLE, NY — A Hicksville-based candy-maker is expanding its headquarters and factory by 20,000 square feet and plans to add dozens of workers, according to a report. The addition by Nassau Candy, a family-run manufacturer, importer and distributor of specialty confections, gourmet foods and perishables, is planned at 300 Duffy Ave., Newsday reported.
In return for $5 million in tax breaks, the company said it would hire 37 more workers, according to the report.
