Hicksville's Francesco's Hosting 'Make America Sweet Again' Event
Francesco's in Hicksville is hosting a daily event where customers can vote for their favorite candidate via cookie or cupcake.
HICKSVILLE, NY – Francesco's in Hicksville is hosting a daily event where customers can vote for their favorite candidate via cookie or cupcake.
The "Make America Sweet Again" event will take place in the Hicksville location parking lot, which will transform into a makeshift polling destination, complete with a voting booth and 10-foot electronic score board, which will calculate and display votes in real time.
Every "red," "blue," or "purple" cookie or cupcake bought will count as one vote. Purchases can be made via drive-thru, in person or online.

The in-person event will be open weekdays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Nov. 3.
Purchases over $20 will receive a free baseball hat or T-shirt.

A portion of all proceeds during the two-week event will be donated to John Theissen Children's Foundation.
