Nassau Fire: Trapped Woman Pulled From Home, Hospitalized
A woman was pulled from the home and taken to a hospital, officials and police say.

JERICHO, NY — One person was pulled from a burning Jericho home Monday morning and later taken to a hospital.
The Hicksville Fire Department was called around 5:30 a.m. Monday for a house fire with a person possibly trapped on Sutherland Road, near Page Drive, officials and Nassau County police told Patch. Arriving firefighters saw smoke coming from out of the home and later reported a working fire.
A woman was pulled from the home and hospitalized. She was conscious and alert, police said.
