LI Music Hall of Fame Concert Planned In Westbury
The concert will also serve as the launch event for the new Long Island Hall of Fame Mobile Museum.

WESTBURY, NY — Some of Long Island's most talented musicians will play in Westbury next month, including students from six high schools that were recognized this year for their music programs.
The Long Island Music Hall of Fame will host its "Very Special Family Holiday Concert" on Sunday, Nov. 17 at The Space at Westbury Theater. The family-friendly concert will begin at 2 p.m. and feature performances from inductees and friends. Students from Great Neck North, Great Neck South, Farmingdale, Longwood, St. Francis Prepatory and Uniondale will also perform.
"We are excited to bring sounds of the season and of Long Island together at the very special concert," Ernie Canadeo, chairman of the hall of fame board, said in a news release. "Those that attend are in for an amazing show. The talent we have on the Island is to be celebrated and the money raised at this concert goes to our music scholarship program."
