The theater offers reclining leather seats, "ninja-like" servers to take your order as well as a bar and restaurant.

A 348-seat luxury theater complete with reclining leather seats, "ninja-like" servers as well as a bar and restaurant is set to come to Hicksville in the coming years.

iPic Entertainment has signed a lease to occupy the former Sears store, located at 195 North Broadway. It will be part of the plan to transform the property into Heritage Village, a mixed-use, transit-oriented development that will feature rental apartment, retailers, dining, entertainment and more.

“We are excited iPic Theaters has chosen to open its first location in Nassau County, and third in the state of New York, at our reimagined Hicksville property,” said Benjamin Schall, President and Chief Executive Officer of Seritage Growth Properties, the developer for Heritage Village.
