Potasia Hotpot & Noodle Bar Now Open In Hicksville

Long Island diners can now get a full Chinese hot soup experience in Hicksville.

Potasia Hotpot & Noodle Bar Opens is now open in Hicksville—taking over the spot once occupied by the Peruvian restaurant, La Candela Bistro, which closed last year.

Located at 600 South Oyster Bay Rd. in Hicksville, Potasia Hotpot specializes in Chongquing hot soup.

"Our aspiration for Potasia is clear: treat you with care and attention, use high quality and fresh ingredients, and bring you a taste of home with every bite," the restaurant said on its website.

In addition to the restaurant's healthy organic menu, Potasia is developing new hot soup flavors using high-grade cuts of meat.

Soups include port leg bone, tomato, herbal, hot and spicy, hot and spicy butter and mushroom.
