Traffic, Pedestrian Underpass Opens In New Cassel: Report
The Long Island Rail Road has revealed a new two-lane underpass in New Cassel, according to a report.
NEW CASSEL, NY — A new two-lane underpass has opened in New Cassel for both pedestrians and traffic, according to a report. The underpass, which began construction six months ago, means cars no longer have to cross over the tracks, Newsday reported.
The underpass replaces the Urban Avenue grade crossing.
