That Alexis Weik, Receiver of Taxes has received the 2020/2021 AssessmentRoll and Warrant. She will accept payment of taxes by mail or at her office at 40 Nassau Ave., Islip, New York, 11751-3645 beginning December 7, 2020.

Taxes are due and payable in full upon receipt OR you may choose the payment option of paying in two halves.
Partial payments are accepted – minimum of $200 plus penalty if applicable.
Regular office hours are 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., and closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The Tax Office will be closed December 24th, 25th and January 1st and will close at 12 noon on December 31st.
First half taxes are due and payable at this office without penalty until January 10, 2021 however, January 10 falls on a Sunday. We will not be open on Sunday. We will accept first half taxes no later than Monday evening, January 11, 2021. The office will be open for payment of taxes until 7:00 P.M. After January 11, 2021, one percent per month will be added to the first half payment (see reverse of tax bill for penalty schedule).
Second half taxes are due and payable at this office without penalty until May 31, 2021, however May 31, 2021 falls on a holiday. We will not be open on Memorial Day. We will accept second half taxes no later than Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
The office will be open for payment until 7:00 P.M. This is the very last day to make this payment to the town and without penalty and interest. You may submit second half payment at any time after the first half is paid. You do not need to wait until June 1.
After (May 31) June 1, 2021, additional penalty will be charged by the County Comptroller. All bills, thereafter, must be paid to the Comptroller’s Office, 330 Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901-3311. Partial payments are accepted.
