BAY SHORE, NY - If you're looking for a new companion, consider starting your search at a local animal shelter like the Islip Animal Shelter. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, many pets are still looking for their forever homes and shelters are still working to fulfill adoptions.

One of their available pets is Pua, a young, male pig.

Pua is our young male pig. He is ready for a home. He would do best in a home with someone that understands pigs. We are not sure of what breed of pig he is but most pigs do get to be over 100 pounds so please keep that in mind.
