BAY SHORE, NY - If you're looking for a new companion, consider starting your search at a local animal shelter like the Islip Animal Shelter. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, many pets are still looking for their forever homes and shelters are still working to fulfill adoptions.

Meet Quincy! He is an energetic and playful 1-2yr old Pit x. Quincy is young and still has a lot of learning to do, so he needs a special owner committed to getting him the training he needs and a home with no young kids or other animals. He is an active dog who loves to run around and play, so a big yard is a plus! Quincy is a sweet dog with a lack of training, but with the right human, professional training, and some TLC we know he has the potential to be a great companion and a well behaved boy.
